What’s your return policy?
Changed your mind? No worries. We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of purchase, as long as you’re in South Africa. Just make sure the item is still in its original packaging and looking fresh. Shipping fees aren’t refundable (sadly), but your purchase price is. Email us at hello@wiserhealth.co.za and we’ll sort you out.
We do not offer returns on final sale items.
How do I send it back?
Easy! Drop us a line within 14 days, and we’ll send you the return details. Make sure your product is unused, in its original packaging, and that you’ve got proof of purchase. Then post it back to us. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll get your refund (minus shipping) within 1–2 weeks. No fuss.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yep—return shipping is on you. We recommend using a trackable, insured courier so your parcel doesn’t vanish into the void.
